Day 189 - Project365

Well, tonight was another one of those "smack two hoes with one backhand" kind of day. I had to do inventory and organization for tomorrow and figured why not use the gear as part of the shot. After laying it all out on white, I put up white sheets 180º around the table and whala… a seamless white corner sweep. Sometimes I just surprise myself at the level of ingenuity I frequently operate at.

Well, not too much on the technical side besides the dog. She was in the room and since she's always so pissed off I figured why not throw her in there for some humor. She never fails! She also farted twice. Once when I picked her up and again while on the table. I swear that dog doesn't know she's doing it.

After using the laptop for auto focus and remote triggering, I quickly masked out the imperfections in the white and killed the color.

Tomorrow is Ghouls Gone Wild photo shoot. Vara an oldish(her word) friend from college picked up 12 hospital gowns from a linen service in Pompano beach, FL and delivered them to the abandoned warehouse. We joked back and forth about it being the perfect plot to a horror movie. Single "youngish" female entering creepy industrial district at dusk to explore abandoned warehouse where a crazy homeless man named Fred lives. Luckily for both her and I, she made it out in one piece. She hid the gowns and hopefully I don't find random homeless people running around the area with hospital gowns on. I will be pissed!

Well, I'm off to pack up the camera gear and run down the check list. Day 190 should be interesting.
